Digital manufacturing

3D scanning & printing

Digitisation of objects through scanning and additive manufacturing — from prototype to production run.

3D scanning

3D scanning converts physical objects into digital 3D models. We use a scanner to precisely capture geometry, surfaces and dimensions. Applicable for reverse engineering (reproduction and adaptation of parts), quality control (comparison of products with a CAD model), archiving and digitisation of works of art or archaeological objects.

3D printing technologies

Additive manufacturing (3D printing) builds objects layer by layer from plastic, resin or other materials. We offer printing services in several technologies:

FDM

PLA, ABS, PETG

Fast and economical for prototypes and functional parts

Tolerance ±0.2 mm

SLA

Resin

High resolution and smooth surface for miniature and detailed models

Layer: 0.05 mm

SLS

Nylon (PA12)

Robust parts for production runs (on request)

Combined approach

We often combine scanning and printing: we scan the original object, adjust the model (repair damage, change dimensions), then print the new version. An ideal approach for reproducing missing parts, personalising products or rapid prototyping.

Replacement part for a vintage machine

Scanning the existing damaged part, 3D modelling and printing a new copy that fits perfectly.

Restoration of a decorative element

Scanning a damaged ornament on antique furniture and printing an identical replica.

Product prototype

Creating a prototype of a new product from a CAD model to test functionality before production.

Personalised gift

Scanning a personal object and printing a scaled-down or enlarged copy as a unique gift.

Available materials

PLA (biodegradable) ABS (rigid) PETG (durable) Resin (detailed) Nylon (PA12) TPU (flexible)

Colours: white, black, grey, transparent, red, blue, green and others on request
